Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival – Transfer to Arusha
Welcome to Tanzania! “Tanzania Unforgettable experience”
After long hours of flight, you will land to Tanzania, a land with charming people and amazing attractions. You will meet your expert Safari guide when you arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport. After greetings and welcoming procedures, you will drive for about 1 hour to Arusha city “Geneva of Africa”. You will spend your overnight at Kibo Palace Hotel, while admiring the beauty of Africa atmosphere.
Day 2: Tarangire National Park
Your Tanzania safari schedule starts with breakfast at Kibo Palace Hotel. Your safari specialist will meet you for a briefing before travelling for Tarangire National Park. You will have the option to see some of the en route sights such as little villages, breathtaking landscapes, and cultural shops, to name a few. If you see something interesting and want to learn more about it, feel free to stop the vehicle for learning and discovery.
When you arrive in Tarangire, take a short drive to the Lodge for a hearty meal. You'll have some downtime before heading out on an afternoon wildlife drive. Tarangire's natural splendor is breathtaking, with long-lived baobab trees dotting the landscape. Tarangire is home to large herds of elephant, as well as zebra, antelope, and lion.
After a successful day filled with wonderful memories, you will return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Interaction with Maasai / Lake Manyara National Park
The day begins with breakfast at the lodge, followed by a trip to Maasai Village. When you arrive, you will witness Maasai bomas, which are traditional dwellings with a long history. They will be pleased to show you how they construct and renovate their homes. If you interact with them, your visit will be worthwhile since they will tell you about their daily lives.
After spending the day learning about Maasai culture, you will proceed to Mto wa Mbu for a traditional African meal. You will relax for a few minutes before going to Lake Manyara National Park, which is near to Mto wa Mbu, for an afternoon wildlife drive. Set on the rift escarpment, the park's surroundings and views are breathtaking. Lake Manyara tree climbing lions, as well as baboons, elephants, and zebras, may be seen if you're lucky. You might also witness flocks of pink flamingos and other migratory birds.
After a fantastic day filled with unforgettable memories, you will go to Karatu for dinner and overnight.
Day 4-5: Serengeti National Park
The day starts with a delicious breakfast at the lodge, followed by a three-hour drive to Serengeti. You'll be driven to the camp for a hot meal, followed by some downtime. After lunch, you will proceed on an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti central area in search of wildlife.
If you miss viewing wildlife such as cheetahs, leopards, lions, wildebeest, Impala, and antelope, the next day is yours to explore Seronera in search of other species. If you want to add to your experience, you can take an optional balloon ride, which allows you to observe wildlife from the sky and capture peculiar photographs.
Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater
Today, you'll get up early and have breakfast before heading to Ngorongoro Crater, you will descend to over 600m caldera with a picnic lunch. The crater is home to a diverse range of species, including black rhino, lions, leopards, buffalo, and elephants. Animals do not need to migrate in search of food because the crater is self-sustaining ecosystem. If you're lucky, you will see many animals in a few hours of game drive. Hippo Pool is a lovely setting for a picnic lunch while seeing the majesty of the crater.
After lunch, you'll proceed on an afternoon game drive, looking for more animals and other sights that this incredible place has to offer.
Following the game drive, you will ascend and drive to Kudu Lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 7: Drive Back to Arusha
After breakfast, your guide will drive you back to Arusha Town. Depending on your schedule, you will have lunch in Arusha before being transferred to the airport for your flight home.
